Messages you send us electronically are stored on password-protected laptops, mobile phone or other electronic devices.  We may also transfer this information to our paper records, which are held at our business address.

Plans and research:  we keep all the online and paper-based information relating to the services you received from us, including Concept plans, Masterplans, Planting designs, Consultancy notes and any other information, for twelve years from completion of our contract with you.  This information is kept either on password-protected electronic devices or at our business address where such records are held in paper form.  If we have successive contracts with you, then all the information would be kept for twelve years following the close of the final contract.
